Some answers to your burning questions...

Do you have a Showroom?

We do not have a Showroom. Most of our supplies and themes are stored at our home or at our storage unit (both in Orleans). If renting a theme and other extras, we will bring the extras to the storage unit for pick-up. For pintables, we can meet over a video call so you can see what the theme will look like.

How long is the Rental Period?

Rental period for Deluxe and Signature themes are for a week, from the Sunday before your event to Sunday after your event, and event supplies are from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. Exceptions for weekday events. Game rentals are for a 24 hour period (unless as part of a party weekend rental). We will work with you to make this all work.

Can all items be used Outside?

We have held most of our larger parties outdoors (weather permitting, of course), however, the décor and folding chairs must NOT get wet, and must be brought inside overnight. 

Payment Method

All payments are done by e-transfers or via PayPal. A $50 deposit is required to hold game rentals , and a 50% deposit is required for Deluxe Themes, Signature Enhancements, and Party Sprinkles. These deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The full amount of your rental(s) is payable upon pick-up (or delivery) prior to the event. 

NOTE: A 25% Refundable Damage Deposit on your full order of a Deluxe Theme or Signature Enhancement must also be paid in advance. Damage Deposit will be returned upon inspection of returned items within a week of your event.

Can I change my order once placed?

You CANNOT change a Theme if you have selected one, as then it will be marked as BOOKED out. You may certainly add items to your rental once you get closer to the date of your event and realize you need a few extras.  If we have it, we can help out. 

do you offer delivery and pick-up / help setting up?

For an extra fee, and based on personnel availability, we can offer delivery and pick-up, décor set-up, and we can even stay for the event and run a photo booth and/or fun themed Minute-to-Win-it Games for your guests.

Our Service Area

We are located in Orleans, where pick-up and returns are to be done. Should we need to deliver (extra cost), we can service the Greater Ottawa Area.

Missing or Damaged Items

All items must be returned in their original state. Most Theme Items are stored in plastic totes, are numbered and the contents are listed on each bin. Items are to be placed back packaged and clean as when they were picked up. Your 25% Damage Deposit will not be returned if we have to do this or if items are damaged or missing.
